Park Central, Arizona’s first shopping mall, is about to get some huge renovations. Real Estate Firms Plaza Cos. and Holualoa Cos. have teamed up on the project and are planning to add amenities for restaurants and shopping in the area, as well as meeting space, shade, and art space. The team finds it most important to add a sense of “vibrancy and connectivity” to the area. Rather than adding to the space, the goal is to renovate the existing area.
