MESA CITY CENTER

The Mesa City Center Design Concept is the initial step in the design and development of a world-class public destination where both locals and tourists will want to return again and again, capturing and enhancing the urbanizing impetus of Mesa’s downtown core. Colwell Shelor, together with a collaborative team of distinct talents, has recently completed the Master Plan phase of this project. Elemental components of the project are creating iconic open space development, establishing and strengthening connectivity between neighborhoods, downtown businesses, cultural and art centers, and the convention center, and space activation while developing both a feasible and a phase-able plan, ultimately becoming a catalyst for economic development.
